Hello and Welcome to my page!(This project is now discontinued) Phleon is a VB .NET program, meaning if you do not have the .NET 3.5 installed on your computer, it will not work. Do not download the "compact" or "lite" version, as it does not contain everything this uses.

Phleon is a simple program for those that wish to test their themes without having to waste a bunch of time on their DS, taking out their memory card from the computer, booting up, starting moonshell, testing, shut down, put the memory card back into the computer, and so on. I've also worked really hard just making things work, as in opening a previously made theme(even themes from outside of Phleon), and saving themes. In other words, It creates a folder that is just "Drag & Drop" into the skin folder of your moonshell folder of your memory card.

This program is now Final! However, everything is not done, please visit the "Things Yet to Come" page for more information on updates. I will eventually release the source when I feel it is good for the public. When I do release the source, you may find it Odd and difficult at first, but my way of programing works for me.
