So, You want to know some information on Phleon? If So, Read on!

Well, for one, Phleon is a program made in VB.NET meaning, unfortunately, Microsoft Windows only.

You must have VB .NET 2.0 installed, (this does not mean the compact lite version, you must have the full version installed.) If you do not have this installed, Here is the download. This is on Microsoft's official website so I am not hosting this(neither would I want to for bandwidth reasons)

This program is like a shortcut to testing this. As far as I know, no basic DS emulator can run moonshell, due to the File system access and plugin management.

If you do not know what Moonshell is, Just Google it, look at the top three results.

This is what you would do without Phleon

Please understand, Phleon does not emulate phleon or do all of the things that it can do. Phleon is only a testing program, which is currently in version Final V1, meaning Things can still be put in!

Phleon uses the bitmaps from the files in the folder you load or import to create an idea of what it most likely would look like. Things are to be worked on and completed, but as the developer, I cannot fully debug it with other people helping in.
